So you’ve heard about manifesting and how it brought people some extra cash, a new partner, or just a positive attitude lately, but how in the world do you actually do it? Talking to the universe can be difficult, but like anything the more you practice the easier it gets.
The most common ways to manifest something into your life is either by speaking it into existence or by writing it down; with both of these methods, repetition is key! When talking to the universe it is important to change the way you speak about what you want to manifest. For example, if I want to manifest wining a scholarship tuition I act as though I already have it. So I would write or say, I have won the scholarship money. I am deserving of the scholarship money. I claim the tuition money. What you do not want to write is I will win the scholarship money. When the universe hears the word will it is interpreted as though you are not ready for it, that you are not confident in yourself, and if you aren’t confident in yourself, why should the universe be confident in you?

Maybe, can’t, hopefully, someday, will, kind of, and any other words that will reinforce a negative idea.

I can, I am, I have, easy, simply, belong, I want, and any other words that will reinforce a positive idea.
How to write manifestations and the 3-6-9 Method:
When writing manifestations your word choice is incredibly important as I just mentioned. Writing down your manifestations is good for those of you who don’t like to or feel uncomfortable saying it aloud to yourself. You can write your manifestations down on a sheet of paper as many times as you’d like and that is perfect, but my favorite method is the 3-6-9 method. With this method you write down your manifestation 3 times in the morning, 6 during the day, and 9 at night. This ensures that your mind is constantly thinking about this manifestation and the more you think and believe it the more deserving and ready the universe thinks you are. This method is extremely simple, you can even type it on your phone in the notes app although I prefer to put pen to paper, but the action of writing is less important than truly thinking about your manifestation during the entirety of the day.

How to say manifestations:
Saying your manifestations is as easy as praising yourself and talking to yourself in the morning. Every morning I say my manifestation in the mirror and tell myself how beautiful I am. After a while you begin to feel less like you belong in a psychiatric hospital for talking to yourself and giggling and you end up feeling lighter and happier.
What can ruin your manifestations that are spoken aloud? Really the biggest thing is negative thoughts or negative comments. You cannot begin your day telling yourself that you are beautiful, but once you get to school or work you call yourself ugly, this will only slow down or stop you from getting what you deserve. Sometimes we are our biggest enemy so try to slow down, take a deep breath, and remind yourself that you are human and everything you are feeling is valid. To some it it naturally easy to hold confidence but for others not so much. It is okay if you do not feel confident 100% of the time, in fact I might judge you a little if you do… at the end of the day what you put out is what you get so put out happiness, love, gratitude, and you will find it back in your life faster than you know.
